Who We Are
CAICC is a multi-award-winning nonprofit organization that has impacted over 6,000 lives through workforce and business development, youth empowerment, and cultural programs. Our initiatives have led to incredible results:
70% of job seekers who come through our programs secure full-time employment.
Nearly 100 small businesses have been supported and nurtured.
Over 4,000 attendees come together annually at our Dashiki Festival to celebrate culture, connect, and foster economic empowerment.
