The Head Baker is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery’s production. This includes managing the baking staff, creating and refining recipes, ensuring the highest quality of products, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:Oversee daily production of all baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality. Create, test, and refine recipes for new products. Manage baking schedules to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Team Leadership:Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and assistants. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the baking team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Quality Control:Ensure all products meet the bakery’s high standards of taste, texture, and appearance. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
- Creative Development:Innovate new product offerings and seasonal items to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special events.
- Operational Efficiency:Manage the bakery's budget, including labor and ingredient costs. Optimize workflows to minimize waste and improve productivity. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.

Position Overview
The Program Operations & Site Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of CAICC's programs and physical site, ensuring efficient program delivery, operational excellence, participant experience, and compliance with organizational policies. This role serves as the operational backbone of the organization by coordinating logistics, facilities, staff, volunteers, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of CAICC's program site and ensure facilities are safe, welcoming, and fully operational.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, community events, and partner activities.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, schedules, and program calendars.
- Provide supervision and coaching for team and volunteers
- Manage inventory, equipment, technology, and facility needs.
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure seamless execution of grant-funded initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of operations or program management experience.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
