CAICC: Opening Doors to Internship Opportunities for Students

At the Colorado African Innovation and Cultural Center (CAICC), we believe that the future of our community depends on the opportunities we create for our young people today. That is why we are proud to provide internship opportunities through our Young Tech Fall Program to help students take a leap from the classroom to the real world.


Why Internships Matter for Students

Financial Literacy Training Session

Internships are more than just an extension of learning; they are a stepping stone into real careers. Research shows that over 60% of students who complete an internship receive a job offer from the same organization afterward. 

Even more, students with internship experience are 35% more likely to secure employment within six months of graduation compared to those without one. By enrolling in CAICC’s Young Tech Program, students don’t just learn technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship; they put themselves at the forefront of the career chain. They learn how to apply skills they have learnt in real businesses and organizations, making them an asset.

Through the fall program, students who attended our summer program and new students can move a step further, working side by side with businesses, mentors, and leaders to bring their ideas to life.

No more idleness, through this program, the kids will see and learn to experience more, become more, and do more in society.
