Colorado Dashiki Music & Cultural Festival
A free, family-friendly, three-day cultural celebration uplifting African & African American heritage
The Dashiki Festival promotes community healing, economic opportunity, and cross-cultural understanding. Since 2017, it has become one of Colorado’s most vibrant Black cultural events, serving more than 4,000 attendees annually
The Dashiki Festival brings together 4,000+ attendees for community healing, cultural pride, and cross-cultural connection. With live performances, local vendors, networking opportunities, and youth-friendly activities, the festival strengthens belonging and celebrates the richness of Black culture in Colorado

Youth Wellness & Resilience Program
YWR offers individual and family therapy, peer support groups, resilience workshops, and community outreach designed for African American, African immigrant, and refugee youth. The program reduces stigma, improves access to care, and strengthens family well-being
YWR provides trauma-informed therapy, family support, peer groups, psychoeducation, and community campaigns that reduce stigma and improve access to care

Young Tech Innovator
Program
Hands-on digital skills training preparing middle and high school youth for future careers in tech and innovation
Participants learn cybersecurity, AI, cloud computing, coding, and digital creativity through project-based learning. The program provides mentorship, access to free computers/tools, and industry exposure to close the technology opportunity gap

Digital Equity Mini-Grant Program
This program equips small businesses with essential digital tools including websites, social media setup, digital marketing, and online accounting support.
Businesses receive training, mini-grants, and hands-on technical assistance
Entrepreneurs receive direct support with website creation, social media setup, online accounting, digital marketing, and technology adoption. The program removes barriers that prevent minority-owned businesses from thriving in the digital marketplace.

Career & Business Development
A major networking platform connecting jobseekers, entrepreneurs, and employers to pathways that build economic mobility
This expo convenes 20+ employers and 40+ small businesses to provide hiring opportunities, mentorship, career coaching, and business exposure for underserved communities across Colorado.
