At the Colorado African Innovation and Cultural Centre (CAICC), we are dedicated to empowering youth through innovation, leadership and technology. As we continue expanding our Young Tech Internship & Certification Program, we are thrilled to welcome four exceptional new team members who bring deep expertise, creativity, and mentorship to our mission.
Vanessa Davies – Substitute Instructor, Young Tech Innovator Training Program

Empowering youth with knowledge and confidence is the foundation for community growth – Vanessa
With over 20 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity training, Vanessa brings strong leadership, mentorship, and a deep commitment to nurturing the next generation of innovators. Through her teaching, she’ll help strengthen CAICC’s instruction quality, mentorship systems, and youth engagement.
Sheher Yar – Technical Content Creator & Developer, Young Tech Innovator Training Program

When students see how tech connects to their everyday lives, they start to see themselves as creators, not just consumers – Sheher
Sheher turns complex tech concepts into fun, hands-on learning experiences that make technology accessible and exciting for students. His expertise in STEM education, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will help CAICC design engaging, practical learning modules that inspire curiosity and innovation among youth.
Hetasri Galla – AI Strategist, Partnerships & Curriculum Developer, Young Tech Innovator Training Program

AI education should be inclusive, human-centered, and built to empower every learner – Hetasri
A former CAICC STEM Instructor Intern, Hetasri now leads our AI strategy and curriculum innovation efforts. She’s driving the creation of CTE-ready courses and designing AI-integrated, inclusive learning pathways for youth across Colorado. Her leadership is helping CAICC expand partnerships and bridge opportunities for underserved and Black students in tech education.
Kimberly Muhlenbruch – Licensed Professional Counselor and Founder of SOBT Therapy, LLC

When we invest in the emotional wellness of our youth, we invest in the future of innovation and community strength – Kimberly Muhlenbruch
Kimberly brings a wealth of experience in trauma-informed and culturally grounded mental health care. Through her partnership with CAICC, she will help expand mental health and wellness support for youth and families across Denver County. Her work is instrumental in strengthening our Youth Resilience and Leadership Wellness Framework, a model designed to help BIPOC youth grow through reflection, mentorship, and holistic wellness.
As we welcome these talented professionals, we celebrate their shared dedication to equity, access, and empowerment through technology. Their work will help shape the future of CAICC’s tech education programs, ensuring that underserved and Black students gain the skills and confidence to thrive in the digital world.
