YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
Building resilience, mental wellness, and confidence in the next generation.
YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS OVERVIEW
The CAICC's Youth Empowerment Program integrates technology, mental wellness, and the arts to help youth ages 10–21 build identity, resilience, and career readiness.
Through the Young Tech Innovator component, youth engage in a 6-10 week immersive experience combining hands-on learning in AI, app design, and cybersecurity with creative problem-solving through music, storytelling, and design projects. Also, the Youth Wellness & Resilience (YWR) component ensures youth receive trauma-informed, culturally responsive counseling from professionals ,that look like them , normalizing care and empowering emotional healing through expressive arts and peer-led activities.

Building Confident, Resilient, Future-Ready Youth
